A PhD candidate and HR professional with nearly a decade across food manufacturing, rail, logistics, and the NHS, Norma now studies the hidden and visible barriers shaping women's career development, building a measurement instrument she hopes will help women see the full picture before they react.
She is also the founder of PhD Hard Talk, a community built to share the knowledge most people have to learn the hard way.
